In 2021, he brought his practice to Brisbane — drawn by the extraordinary produce of south-east Queensland and a city ready for something different. Every piece is selected personally at market each morning.

Reservations are required. We seat one session per evening, Wednesday through Saturday at 7:00 PM. A credit card hold of $100 per person is required to confirm.
