Chef's Philosophy

Chef Kenta Mori.

Born in Kyoto, Chef Kenta trained for eight years under Michelin-starred master Hiroshi Tanaka before opening his first counter in Tokyo's Ginza district.

In 2021, he brought his practice to Brisbane — drawn by the extraordinary produce of south-east Queensland and a city ready for something different. Every piece is selected personally at market each morning.

Reservations are required. We seat one session per evening, Wednesday through Saturday at 7:00 PM. A credit card hold of $100 per person is required to confirm.

Important to know before booking Cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation will incur the full deposit. We welcome up to 4 guests per booking — for groups of 5–8, please email us directly. Children under 12 are not accommodated.
