Camille Fleur trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris before working pastry at three Michelin-starred restaurants across France and London. In 2018, she moved to Brisbane and opened Maison Fleur in a small Paddington shopfront.
What began as a neighbourhood patisserie quickly became a destination. Camille's philosophy is simple: every piece should taste as beautiful as it looks, and every customer should feel like a guest in a Parisian salon.
Today, the team of six artisans works from our expanded atelier, still baking from scratch, still selling out before noon.
